These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the LabBridge application and related websites and services (the "Service"), provided by Black Rivet Tech ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service is intended for licensed healthcare professionals and their authorized staff. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
The Service is a tool to help clinicians organize and act on laboratory results. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it is not a substitute for professional clinical judgment. Clinicians remain solely responsible for all clinical decisions and for the care of their patients. The Service is not an electronic health record (EHR) and does not replace any system of record.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. To the extent we process Protected Health Information on your behalf, that processing is governed by a HIPAA Business Associate Agreement between you (or your organization) and us.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
The Service, including its software, design, and content, is owned by Black Rivet Tech and protected by applicable laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Black Rivet Tech will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for violation of these Terms or as required by law. You may stop using the Service at any time.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
